Twitch bans streamer who faked his own swatting

As a warning to future streams by Dahlia, it seems there are a few things you can not do on Twitch. Nudity is one of them and so is being (too) drunk. It seems that having a fake S.W.A.T. team bust into your room and take you away after a 24 hour stream is another thing you can not do on Twitch.

His own fault. I heard about swatting. Not funny and dangerous too (it's always a stressfull situation for all involved and you'll never know what can happen). Dahlia do well to keep many things secret, especially her address and workplace. Now brooding about this, maybe I found a security breach. I'll tell her to close that potential path.

Well in this case the swatting was setup by himself, and the 'swat' team was fake

I'd understood this. It just remembered me of real swatting videos I'd seen before and let me think about how to prevent this for the Ludophiles case. Of course this is not a typical german phenomenon, but as....... are everywhere.

To fake swatting sends a wrong signal. It suggests thats cool. Twitch did react right.

Wonder how long that guy will be banned, as he is a well known streamer with 800.000 followers, should bring in a nice bit of cash for Twitch as well I suppose.

I think they shouldn't ban him forever. People make mistakes, especially young people, especially when they are drunk by their own success. But to scare others, the ban should be not that short - maybe 1 year?

Sry the only reason is public interest and to get even more viewers. This is way beyond mistake but a wall planned action.

It's the same with some female streamers that should be not on twitch but on some "special" channels.
There are very good female streamers which deservers much more viewers than this attention whores.

twitch can react quickly in my opinion...They can put some ads at those streams... maybe every minute an 30 sec. ad... but be sure, those kind of streamer will never get a chance for partnership or somethin else like this... Twitch will be rich in a view weeks and can support better streamer maybe Ludophiles

Smoking is bad for your health especially if you're a streamer:

If you do not have a terrace to take a break and moreover do stupid pyromancy tricks while you are surrounded by highly flammable stuff well then maybe you deserve it...

Also here the question, is it true this video or created specifically to generate a lot of views ?
His performance and especially the facial expression while smoking seems very likely, however, try to extinguish the fire with cardboard it is ridiculous, too much

Fake or not. This guy is an idiot. I'm no firefighter, but I extinguish bigger fires than that much faster. He don't even kicked that cardboard away, that lay in the way - always going up that trash. Is there no blanket in this apartment?
