Good afternoon, the server is out of date at the moment im afraid ;-) Eric, did you have any joy in setting us up to help you keep it updated? Client is 231.0 currently and server is 230.0. It seems unfair of us to have to constantly bug you to update it ;-)

So to confirm the server and the client dont have to match exactly all the time, sometimes you can connect happily with minor version changes, but they obviously have a minimum supported setting and if its out by more than that it fails. Im hoping that we will have got rid of the constant cold, it was nice to see Raptor Claus occasionally and get is presents, but it will be lovely to be warm and not get have to constantly wear fur cloths to stop freezing! ;-)
OK, so we have at most 4 people on the server now (not counting Dahlia as she was online just 1 time) and we need more. This means we need to market the server, question is what describes our server, what makes it different then the others?
So far we are a friendly server with players helping eachother, but do have a PvP setting on the server, so how do we want to market the server?

As I sad before a stream would be a very effective promotion for the Ark-server.
I understand why @Eric and @Dahlia Gray are indisposed mostly (because show must go on ).
What's about @LavenderGiraffe ? Does she know the server is up now?
Most of my connections are PS4 related...this is not helpfull. A workmate of mine wanted to join us and bought the game especially for that, but for some unknown reason it don't starts (his machine is better than mine, so normally this got to work).

Oh thats a shame, some of the dinos have had stat resets, so after spending a lot of hours levelling the trex to the point it was getting pretty good, its now got level 1 stats again after the latest patch, so damage from 420% back to 140 and health from 5k -> 2k

reading patch notes they have done a large scale change (nerf) on tamed dinos' so may be this is where my rex is supposed to be, well its significantly weaker which is they stated goal ;-) but still awsome to use, so hey ho, ill just have to be a lot more careful on her. Just heading to south with a bucket load of berries and meat to feed everything down there ;-)
