Sure. His CPU supports 64-Bit. RAM is cheap and the OS...Ark supports Linux too. No big problem.

The main problem seems to be the 32-bit Win, of course. If your mainboard supports 8GB RAM, you should buy 8GB (or 2x4GB). Your graphic card seems to be better than mine (NVidia GTX 285 with 1GB). My CPU is an AMD Phenom II X4 965 (3400 MHz) and I have 8GB RAM running Win8.1. At high settings...
